KEN'S SPORTS TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER.
All orders placed through kenssportskawasakiparts.com are subject to Ken's Sports acceptance. This means that Ken's Sports may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, Ken's Sports will issue you a refund.
Shipping costs are calculated using the delivery location, and the items ordered size & weight. All part weights and dimensions are provided by the manufacturer, and are subject to change by Ken's Sports. Oversized parts such as (but not limited to) ATV fenders, snowmobile hoods, UTV body parts may be subject to freight shipping charges. In the instance of an oversized item being ordered you will be contacted by Ken's Sports to discuss an alternative shipping option and shipping cost.
If you are ordering an item you think may be too large or heavy for traditional shipping methods, please contact our Support Team for a shipping quote prior to placing the order.
- All returns must have a authorization number.
- Non-Returnable Items: electrical parts, decals/stickers, any item that has been installed (or attempted to be installed), any item not in original packaging, closeout items.
- All returns request must be filed within 15 days of receiving part(s).
- Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
If an item ordered is not in our immediate inventory, or the immediate invenotry of the manufacturer, the order will be placed on backorder. For any backorder items, Ken's Sports will contact you by phone or through email to inform you of the backorder and provide you with an estimated date of availability. If at any point during the backorder process you wish to cancel the backorder you may do so, and receive a full refund for the item. Note: All estimated dates of availability provided by Ken's Sports are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change.
DISCONTINUED OR SUPERCEEDED ITEMS
All parts diagrams included within kenssportskawasakiparts.com are provided by the manufacturer (Kawawaki). In the event that a part listed has been discontinued, we will notify you either by phone or email prior to processing the order. If within 24 hours we have been unable to make contact with the customer the discontinued item will be cancelled and refund, the remainder of the order will proceed as placed. All superceeded part numbers are subject to a price change, color change, or style/make change without notification.
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel an order previously placed on kenssportskawasakiparts.com please contact us as soon as possible. Please be aware that in some situations an item has to be ordered from our distributors, and once an item has been ordered from a distributor there will be a re-stocking fee that you will be responsbile for (up to 25%). All order cancellation are subject to the conditions of Return Policy (see above).
Ken's Sports will work with the customer to accomodate for any order additions to an order that has already placed, to help save you on the cost of additional shipping. However, coordination of order additions become increasingly more difficult once the order has been processed. In the event that we are unable to corrdinate the combination of the items into 1 shipment, you are responsible for the cost of the 2nd shipment.
All items listed for sale and shipping charges quoted within kenssportskawasakiparts.com are subject to a price change at any point, due to (but not limited too) superceeded parts, oversized item or updated models. In the event of a price change Ken's Sports will contact you prior to processing your order.
Ken's Sports will accept and ship international orders. However, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reached your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Any and all orders abandoned or refused delivery forfeit refund.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
When an order is placed, all credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption technology. They are only decrypted after they reach our service center. They are not held in clear text on any website and not viewable by anyone. We currently have no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.
