HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

We strive to make your shopping experience with us as easy as possible. We understand there may be times when you order items you no longer want or need. We have outlined the steps to ensure your unwanted items get returned.

2 EASY STEPS

1.  Submit a Return Request: All returns must be submitted within 10 days from receipt of goods.  Contact us by phone @ (920) 788-0220 to open a return request. You will need to speak with Matt or Brooke.

2.  Securely Pack Your Shipment: Once you have received your RMA, pack the items securely in the original box. Please be sure any old shipping labels and barcodes have been removed from the box you use.

That’s it! Your package is ready to be sent back.

SHIPPING COMPANY

Please be sure to send your return using an insured and trackable shipping company. While we recommend and encourage you to use FedEx, you can use any shipping company that’s most convenient for you.
If you would like to purchase a return label from our company using the card on your order for the amount of your shipping cost on that order, please contact mattv@kenssports.com

 

  IMPORTANT NOTE:  

Please be patient while we process your order. Our normal shipping time is 1-3 business days after we receive your order. Air shipments also take us a few days to process. Thank you for your understanding.

MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY

We order our merchandise to be available before it is printed in our catalog or on our website. However, we may sometimes experience greater than expected demand for an item or an unforeseen delay in shipment to us. Should an item be delayed, you will be notified immediately following your order, by e-mail, or by a return phone call of the expected shipping date. We suggest you order early to avoid possible delays.

CLOTHING EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange your purchase if you have ordered an incorrect product, but please do not damage the packaging or remove the tags and/or protective coverings from your merchandise until you've determined that it's the right size. Failure to follow this instruction may result in additional charges and/or refusal of your return.

BATTERY/CORE CHARGE

  • Due to shipping regulations, batteries are shipped dry.  (No acid) 

Core charge may be applied to engine assemblies, crankshafts, cylinders.

RETURNS

Ken's Sports will not accept returned goods without prior approval in the form of an RMA number. Packages sent to us without a valid RMA number will be refused!! Requests must be made within 10 days from receipt of goods. Refused orders and/or returns shall be subject to a 30% restocking/handling charge. Merchandise must be returned pre-paid as Ken's Sports will not accept any returns sent COD. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges for any return or exchanges.

All returned merchandise must be in its original, new, unused, unworn condition, and include its original undamaged packaging, attached tags, instructions, etc. Never ship an item in its original manufacturers packaging - it will arrive damaged. Please use a postal box or other adequate packaging to ensure your return is not damaged on the way back to Ken's Sports. Following these guidelines will prevent any unnecessary charges. Any electrical and fiberglass parts are not returnable. Please be sure you want them before ordering!!

All returns or exchanges must be received within 10 business days from the date the order is received. Any returned items that do not follow the most general guidelines will be returned and no credits will be issued!

ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES

Please be sure you want something before you order it! In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your order with us or change an item after your order has been placed, please be aware that in some situations an item has to be ordered from our distributors. Once your item has processed and shipped to us from the manufacturer or distributor, there is no stopping it!! Cancellation of an item or order at this point will be subject to the above return policy. Post-order size changes will be subject to the appropriate exchange fee. 

 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

All defective merchandise is warranted by the manufacturer, not by Ken's Sports. Returns are subject to approval by the manufacturer. All items must be installed by an authorized dealership warranty processing. Shipping charges on defective merchandise are not refundable!!

FINAL NOTE

We are not responsible for any typographical errors, omissions, inclusions or other errors on our web pages. All of our information is direct from the manufacturers and cannot be held liable for any of their errors.
